Where is the CEB Waterview Conference Center located?

The CEB Waterview Conference Center is located at 1919 N Lynn St, Arlington, VA 22209. We are also approximately 2 blocks away from the Rosslyn Metro Station and multiple bus routes. Please click here for further directions. (Google Maps)

Do you have wireless internet?

We provide wireless internet complimentary for you and your attendees.

Is catering available?

Yes, catering is available and is provided exclusively in-house by the Restaurant Associates. It is prohibited to bring in outside food & beverage. For more information on our catering options, please click here

What events can be held at the CEB Waterview Conference Center?

We host a range of events here! We can host anything from corporate meetings, conference training sessions, receptions, classes, seminars, networking events, and more!

Can I come see the space and different rooms?

We welcome and encourage all to come visit us for a site-visit to see our amenities! Please just call or email to schedule your visit.

Can my group have a separate room for breaks and lunch?

We can have additional rooms set for breakout spaces and catering based on your event itinerary. Additional breakout and catering space is dependent upon availability.

When must I book in order to reserve space in the Center?

As soon as you know you need to book space, please contact us. It is never too early. We frequently can accommodate last minute requests. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelation fees will be assessed as a percentage of the original contract value, and will be determined by how far in advance we are notified of the cancelation. The more advanced notice we have, the smaller percentage of fees will be assessed.

Is Webex available?

Our in-house AV team is happy to help set-up WebEx or simulcast. Please inquire about AV pricing when discussing the details of your event.

Do you have AV technicians on-site?

We have in-house AV technicians who will help you get set-up, and are on-call throughout the day.
