CEB Leadership Transition Support mobilizes resources and applies innovative tools and approaches to assist the leader and organization during a transition. Our objective is to improve the business results of new leaders and their organizations.
In contrast to traditional onboarding, Leadership Transition Support not only focuses on supporting the transitioning leader, but it also activates the “transition community,” arming peers and managers with resources to facilitate transitions and decrease transition-related productivity losses. Leadership Transition Support further includes resources to help the transitioning executive understand, connect to, and lead the transitioning community.
