Client Perspective: Taking Action On Post-Survey Results


Following its first-ever employee engagement survey, Salt River Project (SRP) took a new approach for taking action on the survey results within one of its lower-scoring business units. SRP worked with CEB to convene a peer-nominated team to prioritize areas of opportunity to create and deliver on a plan for improvement.

The Result? In the year following the peer-nominated team initiative, that division's survey scores increased and their gains were significantly higher than those of other divisions.
