HR Principal Executive Advisor
Clare Moncrieff is a Senior Director of Advisory Services in CEB’s HR Practice. For the past eight years, Clare has been serving as a thought partner to HR leaders at member organizations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Clare's role is twofold: to engage global HR executives around CEB’s latest HR research and findings and to use CEB resources to guide individual and organizational decisions across a wide variety of human capital areas. Clare has presented to and worked with over 400 companies worldwide including Roche, Deutsche Bank, AXA, Novo Nordisk, ABB, Rolls Royce, Allianz, Reliance, Nokia, Energizer, Eli Lilly and Tata.
Prior to joining CEB, Clare was a member of the CEB Corporate Leadership Council, holding various positions in the Human Resources team at Nortel, a Global Telecom Company based in Toronto, Canada. Her last role at Nortel was HR Business Partner to the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Ethics Officer, and their global teams. She has also held positions in Executive Compensation, Global Operations HR (Supply Chain) and Global MA&D. Prior to joining Nortel, Clare held various positions, including Operations Management at the University of Toronto’s Executive MBA Program.
Clare holds an Honors B.A. in Psychology from York University in Toronto, Canada and an MSc with distinction in Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics in London, England. Clare is based in London, where she bravely rollerblades when it isn't raining.
