Mohamed Farid

Managing Director, Middle East & Africa

Mohamed Farid is Managing Director, Middle East and Africa for CEB. Joining CEB in 2008, Mohamed was tasked with establishing the talent management practice in the region. In his eight years’ tenure, Mohamed has established the Middle East presence and has grown the business exponentially with clients across the MENA region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Egypt. Prior to joining the company, Mohamed held senior executive roles with a various blue chip companies in the Middle East across IT, Telecom, and Marketing Communications sectors. 

Mr. Farid has earned his Bachelor Degree from the American University in Cairo in 1998, and his Master’s Degree from Middlesex University in London in 1999. He is currently enrolled On Executive program for General Management with MIT.
