Leadership Development: Measuring Impact

One of CEOs' top concerns is the shortage in the leadership pipeline. Leadership development programs are charging to meet this need with modern, blended curricula and unprecedented spending on each learner.

For the average organization, though, nearly half of that substantial investment will go to waste, generating no improvement to leadership capability or business results.

Learning Objectives:

  • A new planning tool for defining the measurement approach for leadership development programs
  • Multiple techniques for credibly linking leadership development investments to results
  • A clear understanding of what leadership development metrics are important to business executives
