CEB Scores 100% on Corporate Equality Index

Many of us dream of a world where everyone is valued and treated equally. We’ve take some action toward making this world a reality, but we still have a ways to go. CEB has taken its own steps to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees. From offering same-sex domestic partner coverage in India, to extending workplace protections to members of the transgender community, CEB continues to support the mission toward equality for all.

CEB is also proud to receive a perfect 100 percent score for the second consecutive year on the 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

“Scoring 100% on HRC’s Corporate Equality Index is more than just a benchmark,” says CEB Pride leader Alex G. “It means that all LGBT employees are fully supported and can thrive by honing their talents on what matters most: their work. Being named a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality is a wonderful distinction for CEB’s continued commitment to diversity and inclusion.”

CEB joins the ranks of 517 U.S. based businesses that also earned top marks this year.

Like the Human Rights Campaign, CEB Pride envisions a world where members of the LGBT community are embraced as full members of society at home, at work, and in every community. Here are a few wishes for equality from CEB Pride leaders:
