Eisha joined CEB in 1997 and left in August 2015. She spent most of her tenure with the company conducting research and providing advice for chief financial officers and corporate controllers. Her areas of expertise include finance transformation, finance IT, finance organizational structure, and finance talent development. She has extensive experience managing business lines for CEB and leading global teams of professionals. She has also been cited in numerous publications including the Financial Times and The Washington Post.
Eisha earned her MBA at the Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Kansas.
