Lara is the Practice Manager at CEB. She currently heads up the CEB Customer Contact’s research, advisory and engagement teams.
As Practice Manager, Lara oversees the program’s original quantitative and qualitative research studies and works with hundreds of senior executives and management teams around the world, on issues that address their most critical customer contact-related challenges to improve the customer experience while maintaining cost efficiency.
Lara has been with CEB since 2007. She lives in Washington, D.C. When she’s not traveling the globe to speak with contact center executives or working on CEB Customer Contact’s latest research project, you can find Lara enjoying long-distance bicycling or planning her next trip to a far-flung corner of the world.
