Dan was formerly a senior manager in the Legal, Risk and Compliance Practice at CEB.
From when he joined CEB in 1999 to when he left in May 2015, Dan estimates that he presented research on legal, finance, HR, real estate and strategic issues to around a thousand executive and board audiences in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Australia.
He received his B.A. in Religion and Sociology from Gustavus Adolphus College and his law degree from the University of Chicago. Some of his writing has appeared in the Harvard Business Review (corporate corruption), The International Journal of Law & Economics (evolution of legal services) and Inside Higher Ed (future of residential colleges).
